“Very unhappy with this company, a year ago, I got a new furnace installed by Bees Knees, their technicians were efficient and reliable. However, they failed to inform me of a simple power switch for the furnace. My knowledge when it comes to heating is definitely lack luster, that is why I call professionals.

Fast forward to this year, the switch is off (since im trying to get my furnace working for winter) and I fail to understand why my furnace isn't working. The technician that comes in finds the switch and flips on the power in 20 seconds….. I was still charged a ridiculous consultation fee of $140 for under a minute worth of work.

I highly discourage anyone from using Bees Knees. this was such a money grab even after I payed hundreds in labor in the prior year. These technicians should've informed me of this simple switch. Very poor communication, and Bees Knees definitely just grabs your money. Terrible experience.”
